History and Services

The Students’ Union of Â鶹AV was formed in 1974 to become the representative body of 13,000 students at Â鶹AV.

As a part of caring about the well-being of its membership, the SUÂ鶹AV is connected to the heart of campus life, providing students with access to recreation, events, and opportunities to contribute to the community. A member of the and an advocate for students rights, the SUÂ鶹AV has successfully lobbied for, and implemented a standardized and fair-priced Universal Transit Pass for all Metro Vancouver students.

The SUÂ鶹AV also provides its students with a tailored, high-quality that meets the needs of its diverse constituency.
